One straightforward model: a booking fee on each order. You choose whether buyers or organisers pay it.
Booking fee
- 4% per order
- $1.20 minimum per order
- $12 maximum per order
- Free events: $0
Payment processing
- Stripe pass-through: 2.9% + $0.30 per charge
Use your own Stripe
- Connect your own Stripe account via Stripe Connect
- PayTix platform fee stays the same; Stripe processing fees run on your account
- We can keep fees on the buyer or organiser side—your choice

Payouts to organisers
- Using PayTix Stripe: we hold funds until your event ends, send a final sales summary the following Monday, and on your approval with bank details we pay the net amount the next business day
- Using your own Stripe via Connect: payouts follow your Stripe schedule directly to your account, with the PayTix fee automatically deducted (Stripe Connect access subject to PayTix approval)
Who pays the fees? Organisers can pass fees to buyers or absorb them to keep the advertised ticket price clean.
